A closer look at what membership really means, what’s included, and whether this might be your moment to join.

Lately, I’ve been having some thoughtful conversations with people who are curious about what membership really means, how the fee works, what it includes, and whether now is the right time to join.

If you’ve been quietly following our journey or circling the idea of joining, but still feel unsure… I get it. This isn’t just about reserving a home or joining a project. It’s a choice to live more intentionally and be part of something already taking shape with others who share the same desire for a different rhythm of life.

We know this is a life-changing decision, and we don’t take that lightly. That’s exactly why it deserves thoughtful reflection, and the space to ask the questions that matter most.

It’s about surrounding yourself with others who are asking similar things:How do I want to live? What kind of community do I want around me? What kind of future do I want to help create for myself and/or my family?

These are meaningful questions to sit with when considering something like this. And if you happen to realize it’s not for you, that’s completely okay too.

With that said, here are the answers to your questions and what becoming a member really means:

- Note about this: because we’re still early in the project, prices right now are lower than the homes’ true market value, but as the project progresses, they’ll naturally adjust to reflect their full value.

It holds your place in the Modern Eco Village
It is 100% fully refundable, as outlined in the membership agreement
It gives you immediate access to reserve your home
It will be taken off of your final house purchase price (more details outlined in the reservation contract)

And just as importantly, it ensures we can prioritize those who are genuinely committed to co-creating the village with care and intention
