Meet your Community Leaders!

Hello everyone! We are Cassie & Kaitlyn. We've been eagerly following the development of the Modern Eco Village in Spain, and we knew we had to get involved in some way, as it's in complete alignment with our values. With that said, we're excited to share that we will be handling communications for the project, so if you see any email responses or forum updates from us, that is why :)

A little bit about us: we are a couple from Texas, passionate about sustainable living and community. We are relationship coaches, Cassie with a background in digital marketing and design, and my background being in education and Spanish. After living in many countries over the years, we’ve both realized the culture of Spain is much more aligned with our values and lifestyle. We’ve dreamt of living alongside a like-minded community, and although we don’t have children yet, this is exactly where we envisioned they’d grow up, in a safe, supportive space where we can collectively thrive and be in harmony with nature. The Modern Eco Village embodies this vision perfectly, and we know these values are important to many of you as well.

Belinda and Iancu have poured their hearts into creating this incredible project. We understand they receive many inquiries daily. By managing communications, we aim to alleviate some of that pressure, allowing them to focus on the rest of the project. Rest assured, we are in close contact with both of them, and your questions and concerns will be thoroughly addressed.

Some commonly asked questions are around the topics of how to join, how much it costs, if there will be a school, if pets are allowed, etc. To join, simply fill out the form on the website modernecovillage.com and join our forum (info below). Pets will be allowed. As for education, there will be an amazing Montessori school, led by Laura Medrano. Laura is trained in early childhood education and has a masters in Montessori pedagogy, which will be essential to the formation of our school.

We recently created a FAQ page that will help answer most of your questions for now, as we continue to get updates.

We're also happy to announce the launch of a dedicated online forum for future residents and interested individuals! This platform will provide a space for you to connect, share ideas, and get even more involved in the project's development. Click here to join the forum. June 2025 Update: we are no longer using the community forum at the moment and moved member activity to our community Whatsapp group for now.

In the coming weeks, we'll be sending out more updates on the project's progress, and other opportunities to get involved. We're so grateful for your interest in the Modern Eco Village, and we look forward to connecting with you all!
