Our Master Plan Has Arrived + House Site Preview 👀

It's Cassie from the Communications team and wow so much has happened in so little time! This week we are sharing some important updates including the full reveal of our Master Plan, an explanation of the difference between becoming a member and reserving your home, and a sneak peek at something we have all been waiting for... which is a visual preview of where your future home could be. 😍

Full Reveal of our Master Plan 🗺️

We’ve been working on this for a while now, and it’s finally here, the official MEV Master Plan has been released!

This is the first time we’re sharing this level of detail, and it marks a huge milestone for us. The plan outlines the full layout of the village, including home placements, lake and nature zones, the community area, school, and more. 👉 You can access the Master Plan PDF here.

Here’s a quick legend to help you get oriented: 🟥 Red blocks = Communal area and school (cafés, restaurants, shops, etc.) ⬜ Empty plots = Exclusive custom home design 🟩 Green square section at the top = Modular townhouses

Now that we shared the master plan, in the next couple of days we're able to share the location of the our first building phase. Stay tuned on our socials for that!📱

Becoming a Member vs Reserving your Home

We’ve had a few questions come in about the difference between becoming a member and actually reserving your specific home, so here’s a quick breakdown:

Becoming a Member secures your spot (1 of 500 homes) in the Modern Eco Village. This is the first step to becoming part of the community. This part requires a €10.000 membership deposit, which grants you:

• Access to current pre-release pricing for villas and modular townhouses (before prices increase on June 1st)

• The right to reserve your home

• An active voice shaping key decisions in the MEV

• Interaction with the design process (house drawings and communal areas) with your feedback passed directly to the architect.

• Opportunities to connect with fellow members and future neighbors through our weekly neighbor calls, in-person events, and community gatherings.

• The opportunity to start a business or offer your skills within the MEV community

This is the first and most important step to take in order to do any of the things mentioned above, and so we can prioritize those who are truly committed to co-creating the village with us. 

Reserving Your Home means selecting your preferred house and locking it in. This is where you get to be among the first to choose the location of your future home whether that’s closer to the school, near the communal areas, tucked on the forest edge, or facing the lake or mountains. In order to take this step, you must first be a member.

We recently opened up the reservation process to our early investors to begin reserving their dream homes, then within the next 10 days we will officially open the reservation process to all members! 🎉 If you're not yet a member, now’s the time to join so you don’t miss the chance to pick your ideal home and location whether that’s lakeside, mountain view, or nestled in the outskirts. 👀 Sneak Peek: House Site Preview 

We’ve been working on a new and exciting way to help you visualize your future home and plot. In this short clip, you’ll get a real look at the land, the master plan, home details, and what makes each site unique. 

This is a sneak peek of the videos we’re planning to create for every single plot to help you get a better feel for the unique characteristics of each one across the village.

You can follow along using the Master Plan to see exactly where this home is located. It’s in area MU6, Plot 11, a stunning location that will soon be available for reservation, perfectly suited for a Plus Villa with beautiful lake views. 😍
