What school systems are available to us, how can we organise a working system for our village? If we choose a Montessori system, can we hire "regular" teachers from the community or do they need special education?

Hello, I'm Laura, a graduate in early childhood education, with a master's degree in Montessori pedagogy, and certified by the Association Montessori Internationale (AMI) as a Montessori guide for ages 0-6. In a quick response to the question of whether regular teachers can work in a Montessori school, the answer is yes, as long as they work under the guidance of a certified AMI Montessori guide or obtain their own AMI diploma. This is one of the requirements of the Association Montessori Internationale for certifying the school.
