Once infrastructure is ready, a further payment (typically 20% of your home’s cost) is required at contract signing to support land prep and customization. Additional payments follow as we approach your move-in date, keeping you engaged every step of the way.
How to reserve your home & become a member
By reserving your home in the MEV, you also become a member–giving you a voice in shaping the community, access to exclusive member discussions, the chance to contribute to key decisions that will define life at the MEV, and the opportunity to start or grow your business within the community. Become a member and secure your spot
We’ll send you a membership agreement to review and sign, confirming your commitment, then you will place your reservation deposit to officially secure your spot in the community. Once that’s confirmed, you’ll receive additional information officially welcoming you as a member of the MEV community!

Choose from various home options, including location, layout, and size. Whether it’s a villa or a modular home, you’ll have the opportunity to make it the perfect fit for your lifestyle.
