We’re so happy to invite you to our 6th Modern Eco Village Gathering on February 28th.
We want to see the land together, show you the progress we’ve made on site, and connect with others who feel drawn to the same way of living. This gathering is about being together on site, asking questions, and getting a real feeling of what the community life in the MEV could feel like.
📅 The Plan (subject to small changes)
🕚 11:00 AM: Meet at the MEV Site
Join us for a tour around the plot. We’ll explore the areas where our construction team has already prepared, cleared and marked out the homes in Phase 1 as well as cleared areas of phase 2, 3 and 4. We’ll tour the plots where the future villas and townhouses will be built, so you’ll be able to stand right where your future living room might be, take in the view from your potential terrace, and get a real feel for how life will look and feel here on the ground.
At the end of the land tour, we’ll stop at the showhouse that is currently under construction. This will give you a much clearer feeling for the scale and layout of the villas (it feels so much bigger in real life than on paper), as well as the materials and building process. Iancu (one of our founders) and Stephen (our project manager) will be able to share all the details around the building process with you and answer any questions you may have around the construction of your future home.
Please make sure to arrive at the site a little earlier as we would like to start the tour at 11:00am and it will be difficult to find us on the site once we have already stared the tour 🙏
Also please bring lots of water, a hat to protect you from the sun (yes even in February) and shoes for walking/hiking and if you want to explore the more hidden parts of the plot and some longer pants to protect from scratchy bushes and hedges. Please also bring some warmer clothes.
Everyone who doesn’t want to join us for the tour can simply show up to the second part of the gathering.

🍽️ 2:00pm: Food and Drinks (Location TBR)
After all this walking, we‘ll share some food and drinks either at the showhouse terrace (if the weather allows for it) or somewhere close by. We will let you know closer to the date whether it will be possible to hold this part on site or not!
But either way, it’s a chance to sit together as a community and get a feeling of what our regular Saturdays in the MEV can feeling like. We’ll not just sit together as a community of the MEV but also invite locals from Planes to join us and start connecting as neighbors. Well have time then to connect, answer any questions about the project you may have and get to know each other as neighbors. After that, some of us might want to go back to the MEV site to take in the sunset on the plot which -if you haven’t experienced it yet - is quite the treat 😍.
