I’m from Norway. We have lived in Spain since August 2023, currently in Finestrat
What drew you to the MEV and what excites you about living in this community?
I want to live in MEV because it feels like a great community, where people actually know and care about each other.
It will also be a great place for kids to grow up, safe, supportive, and surrounded by people who look out for each other.
Who are you as a person? (personality, values, etc.)
I’m a quiet and easygoing person who likes to keep active. I enjoy helping out when I can, whether it’s for a friend or a neighbor. I’m more of a listener than a talker, but I always show up for the people who matter to me.
Tell us about yourself and/or your family—your interests, hobbies, occupation, and passions.
I really enjoy playing football, swimming and cycling, staying active is important to me. I also love spending time with my family, playing and having fun together. Being outdoors and exploring nature and new places is something I find very refreshing. I also have a big love for animals.
What will be your role in the community? (e.g., sustainability projects, community gatherings, permaculture, holistic wellness, creative workshops, education, etc.)
I will take care of the animals on the farm, focusing on excellent animal welfare and finding the best solutions for soil health and sustainability. I want to create an open and welcoming space where anyone who is curious can take part, and I will especially make sure to include and engage children.
What does your dream community look like? Dream day in the MEV?
I will spend most of the day outdoors, taking care of the animals and making sure they are well, playing with the kids, staying active and enjoying the sunshine together with my family.
