Guided Tour Dates

We're happy to show you around the site where we are currently building the MEV community. Tours start at the MEV site in Planes, Spain. All in Spanish time, CET.

Due to the high demand for tours, private tours are no longer offered. We recommend attending one of the guided tours listed below. We offer one tour per week. 😊

What to Expect

We’ll meet you at the site at the scheduled time. Together, we will visit the show-house, take a guided walk through villa and townhouse areas, the newly cleared sections, the plaza, and the plots in Phases 1 & 2. Along the way, you can enjoy the beautiful views that make this place so special. ☀️ You will get a better feel for the land and where your future house could be.

What to Bring

We recommend bringing water, comfortable shoes for walking, long pants for high grass, and sun protection. The duration of the tour can last anywhere between 1-3 hours. It just depends on what you'd like to see and how many questions you and others may have. :)

MEV Gathering Dates & Details

What to Expect at the Gatherings

Just like with site visits, we'll meet on-site at the scheduled time. Together, we'll visit the showhouse, take a guided walk through the villa and townhouse areas, the cleared areas, the plaza, and the plots in Phases 1 and 2. During the tour, you can enjoy the views that make this place so special. ☀️ You'll get a better idea of ​​the type of landscape we're in and where your future home could be . 

After the tour, we’ll come together for lunch at a local restaurant or a private event space, with delicious homemade food catered by a local. It’s a relaxed opportunity to mingle with current and future members, meet the team, and learn more about the project, the homes, and the community.
