What drew you to the MEV and what excites you about living in this community?
The idea of living amongst like-minded thinkers in a safe, sustainable and environmentally conscious community, where kids can play on the street, we can eat local organic food, be safe from chemicals, where we have privacy yet access to facilities like restaurants, gyms, pools, spas, community activities, and more... where we can intertwine our lives as we see fit and enjoy outdoor living and the simple joys of life. I desire to be amongst a group of people of differing ages so we can learn from one another, share, educate, plan events, travel and innovate as a team as the world changes around us.
Who are you as a person? (personality, values, etc.)
I live what I teach: conscious creation, bold leadership, deep joy, and a life built outside the box. I'm a truth-seeker, beauty-maker, a conscious creator. I value freedom, integrity, love, conscious living, depth, fun & joy. I’ve never been wired for the 9-to-5 life or conventional boxes — I’ve built businesses across borders, created passive income through crypto, real estate and other means, and performed around the world as a singer and storyteller. I've also played lead roles, directed and produced albums, musicals and other artistic projects like video-gaming music and character voices in advertisements, movies and docuseries.
I walk between worlds — strategy and spirit, a balance getting to know my own masculine and feminine sides, embracing leadership and laughter, structure and wild creativity. I bring business intelligence and soulful presence into everything I do, always questioning what truly makes sense rather than following outdated rules. I believe in taking bold, aligned action, while staying deeply rooted in community, connection, and shared purpose.
I don’t just dream big — I live it. I create what I need, I move when I’m called, and I laugh (a lot) along the way. For me, conscious living isn’t just a concept — it’s a lived experience. And I believe the more we each come home to what’s real for us, the more beautiful this world becomes.
Tell us about yourself and/or your family—your interests, hobbies, occupation, and passions.
I’m endlessly curious about what makes people unique — human behavior, belief systems, and the science behind transformation & manifestation. I’ve studied some neuroscience, psychology, and energetics, and I’m always looking for the bridge between inner work and real-world results. I’m a trained music therapist with a Bachelor of Education, 10 years teaching experience (globally and in Canada) and I’ve taught everything from music and ESL to phys ed; including coaching sports.
I’ve run a music and voice-over agency for over 5 years, creating endless content and along the way, I figured out how to replace myself and create passive income through the business. I've been coached by some of the best in business on my journey. I’m naturally entrepreneurial — creative with marketing, audio/video, an expert communicator and obsessed with natural health, vitality and personal growth. I'm passionate about freedom-based living, and you might find me boxing, diving, cycling, kayaking, walking, hiking, swimming, doing yoga, and lifting weights keep me grounded in my body. I’m also a big believer in financial literacy and conscious investing and have success doing so.
My family is originally Dutch and French, but we're based in Ontario. I have lived in Beijing, Panama, the Netherlands, Mexico, Uganda, Malta, The Galapagos, and Spain (to name a few) I’m the middle child between an older sister and younger brother, and proud aunt to seven wild and wonderful nieces and nephews. My parents have been married over 50 years. My mom was a stay-at-home mom (thank you mom) and my dad worked as an engineer and had his own side business and he's also a pilot (something I always wanted to learn but so far I have only been caught jumping out of planes!)
You could say I’m a heart-led, soul- fueled, serial entrepreneur who never stops learning and considers this life one crazy, exciting adventure — and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
What will be your role in the community? (e.g., sustainability projects, community gatherings, permaculture, holistic wellness, creative workshops, education, etc.)
I’m the kind of person who could dive into just about anything — business, sustainability, wellness, financials, creative workshops, you name it (anything except spreadsheets... don't make me do those!) But true to my Projector nature, I usually wait until I’m invited or feel the right energy before stepping in (or at least I try to do this).
When I do show up, I bring strong leadership, heart, and a knack for seeing the big picture and the details all at once. So whether it’s supporting businesses, gathering people, planning events, decision making, home designing, organizing people, or something totally unexpected, I’m ready to lean in when the call comes.
What does your dream community look like? Dream day in the MEV?
My dream day? Up early for an intentional workout that kicks my ass or calms my soul (whatever I need at that time) — weight lifting, yoga, boxing, cycling, or a swim that reminds me I’m alive. Fresh air? Mandatory. Organic food? Delivered, so I don’t have to pretend I’m a chef (though I do love cooking on my own terms!)
Privacy and freedom? Yes, please. Add in some top-notch childcare by people I know and adore and housekeeping and or someone to cook for me once in awhile would be incredible.
I want to sleep like a baby — clean air, zero smoke, and no neighbours throwing late-night dance parties (hence Spain and not Mexico!) .
Hang out with friends who get me, genuinely care (the kind of care that brings meals when you're sick --- like church used to do), laugh till it hurts, share deep feelings and help one another through it (no judgement), challenge one another and hold each other accountable, and soak up sunshine like it's our day-job!
Somewhere in there, a meet-up at the spa, pool, or café — but not just to talk about the weather. Real connection, meaningful convo, maybe a spontaneous brainstorm or planning something that actually matters in business or life or family.
My dream community is chill but purposeful — nature everywhere, vibes high, and people who know how to show up without the drama. A place where freedom and connection co-exist, where we grown without boundaries and limitations, but with ease and flow... and maybe we break into spontaneous dance or song because why not?
