I hope you’ve had a wonderful week! I'm excited to share a few important updates about the reservation process, modular home pricing, plot visits, and our new podcast series.

Reservations Have Begun

As some of you know, we’ve started the reservation process. So some of our investors are able to pick out the specific house and location they want to live in. 🎉🎉 We’re currently testing it with our early investors to ensure we fill in the gaps and everything flows smoothly for future members. It’s truly exciting to see people starting to pick out their homes now! 😍

Don’t worry, you don’t have to start the house reservation process just yet. If you’re already a member, your spot in the MEV is secured. However, if you’re interested in a particular house or location on the land, then now is a good time to get clear on where you want your home to be. We've had an instance where multiple people were interested in the same location, so the sooner we know what you want, the better we can help you secure your ideal home. Some people love the lake view, others prefer the mountain view, and some want to be closer to the communal areas and school, while others enjoy the peace of the outskirts. These are a few important details to consider as you start the process of living at the Modern Eco Village.  

Modular Home Price Increase Reminder

Starting June 1st, the prices of our modular homes will be going up. The good news is that if you become a member before our design freeze starting in June, you can still lock in the current pre-release pricing we’ve shared with our early members. If you’ve been thinking about becoming a member, now's a great time to take the next step so you can both secure your place in the MEV and benefit from the current pricing. Visiting the plot

Due to active construction on the land, all visits must be scheduled in advance and accompanied by a team member for safety reasons. It also gives us a chance to personally show you around and help you get a clear idea where your future home could be since it can be hard to visualize with the current landscape. New Podcast Series now LIVE

We’ve just launched our first podcast-style video updates which are now available to watch or listen on Spotify. The feedback so far has been incredible, especially from those who appreciate a more flexible way to stay in the loop on all things MEV.
