Hello and welcome to the Modern Eco Village (MEV). If you’re reading this, chances are you’re looking for something more than just a place to live, and so are we.
The MEV was born from a simple but powerful idea: that we deserve homes and communities designed for wellbeing and connection, not just buildings.

Truly sustainable
The MEV concept is built around sustainability. The gardens will provide enough food for the entire village, all the energy is solar and self produced, we recycle the water, even the internal semicircular economy system can become fully sustainable if needed. In addition all the materials used for construction are local from south east Spain, the contractors are local and we aim to create over 200 jobs once the MEV is fully built.
Health and wellness
We promote a holistic approach to well-being, emphasizing slow living, physical activity, meditation, easy access to nature, fresh organic food, knowledge sharing, and social interaction to encourage a healthy and fulfilling lifestyle on all levels.
A walkable car free village
Organic food from our gardens
Non toxic, low EMF homes
A wellness clinic with a holistic approach
Safety and community
The Heart of the Village
Our community center will be a vibrant social and practical core of village life. It will br more than just a gathering place; a hub for growth and holistic living. It brings everyday needs within walking distance and will create space for real human connection, including:
Schools and educational spaces
A local clinic and health services
Restaurants and cafés
Shops and essential services
Sports and outdoor activity areas
Everything is planned to support a balanced lifestyle, where families, individuals, and neighbours can live, learn, work, and relax together.
A Message from Our Founders
"We created the Modern Eco Village because we want to upgrade the way we live. The MEV is our answer to a world that often feels fragmented, a place where sustainability is practical, community is real, and quality of life comes first. This project reflects our values, our long-term vision, and our commitment to building something meaningful, not only for today, but for generations to come."
