114 members and growing! how to find your place in it ☀️

During one of our recent tours, a couple stopped on the path overlooking our future plaza. They pointed to the newly cleared field, smiling at each other, and said “This is where our kids will play.” 🥹 Moments like this are happening on-site more and more as future and current members choose their spots and picture the life we’re building together. In fact, just these past three months, we’ve actually DOUBLED in size. So far, 114 members have committed to building this village with us. 💛🎉 This is the time to help shape what this village will become, from the communal areas and facilities, to the school and daily life that will make the MEV feel like home. Joining now means you’re part of those decisions from the start.
As an early member, you:
Secure the best prices before construction is complete, knowing prices will rise significantly once it is finished
Choose first from the most desired plots, many with the best views, sun exposure, and proximity to communal areas, these are already being reserved by those who visit early
Be the first in line for jobs and business opportunities within the village (we will have plenty of work opportunities, estimated of 150+ jobs)
Get to make decisions with the other members in the community circles where we shape the future of our village, deciding together on schools, restaurants, facilities, gathering spaces, and more
Bonus: Receive up to €1,000 toward your membership when you visit in August, see your plot in person, and become a member or reserve

There are two ways to experience the MEV in person:
1. Our Next Gathering: September 20th 🎊
If you still need time to get a feel for the land, see what the community is all about, meet new friends, and connect with future neighbors, you are invited! Every few months we host gatherings open to everyone– you don’t have to be a member to join. 😊 These are picnic potluck styled, so everyone is encouraged to bring their favorite food and drinks to share. We are planning to have long tables, many cozy picnic spots, hammocks, swings, games for the kids, and a few special surprises just for you. 😉
Since this will be our largest gathering yet, we really need your help making sure there is enough food and space for everyone. Please RSVP below and let us know how many people will be joining you. You will not want to miss this one! RSVP for September 20th
2. Guided Tours
We offer guided tours to help you get a feel for the land, explore your future plot, ask your questions in person, and meet others who are also exploring the possibility of living here.

If these dates don’t work, we also offer private paid tours for €100, and that fee is credited toward your membership if you join. Just reach out and we will help coordinate a time that fits your schedule.
Every single person who walks this land carries a vision for the life they want to build here. For some, it’s seeing their children playing safely and freely in the plaza, for others it’s meals shared under the olive trees, or mornings spent in the garden sipping tea. Although the details may be different, together they form the same bigger picture, which is a village where we personally know our neighbors, watch each other’s kids grow up, lend a hand when it is needed, and feel at home from the very beginning.
